03 / BEFORE YOU BOOK

A better quote
starts with details.

Use this checklist to put your job details in one place. Keep photos of your items and access handy, too.

Prepare your job details, then open a text draft to DGL or copy the message. Review and send it from your messaging app; this planner does not confirm a booking.

Share general entry instructions here. Gate codes can be provided after the job is confirmed.

Moving or hauling? Attach photos of the items and any tight stairs or doorways to your text before sending.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

What information helps with a moving or hauling job?

List the items, approximate sizes, pickup and drop-off locations, stairs or elevators, parking access, and preferred time. Photos help show the load and any tight spaces.

What should I share for assembly or mounting?

Include a product link or model number. For mounting, include the TV size, wall type if known, and whether you have a compatible mount and hardware.

Does this planner confirm my booking?

No. It prepares a message you can text to DGL, or copy. You must send the message from your messaging app. A job is confirmed only after you communicate with DGL and agree on the scope, price, and timing.
